A happy group of 17 people gathered at the Texnaes center downtown Oslo for the sake of knowledge linked to the new Brain State Conditioning technology.
Below you will see a couple of keywords from some of the things we discussed.
Journalist, architect, t’ai chi trainer, actor, film producer, organisational facilitators, coaches, strategy managers, many differents fields of work were represented. It was so nice to be together that we completely forgot to take pictures. But here are some of the topics:
- how happiness is increased because of Alpha (semi-meditative state) waves and its’ connection to Theta (deep sleep) waves. The connection makes you conscious about things that previously you were unconscious about.
- how different addictions can be healed in the sense that new neural networks are created. The old ones are still there, but they are no longer dominant. The client now for the first time really feel that she has a choice. “Should I go along this path or this new path?”.
- how you need to be aware of your surroundings after training. You don’t want to go directly into the desctructive environment that contributed to the problems in the first place.
- how the brain training is very much like muscle training in the sense of building up its’ new strength after the training. A lot of the effect from Brain State Conditioning goes on at least three weeks after.
- how your new neural networks become permanent and a natural part of you when you repeat and train them.
- how an increased amount of alpha-waves (semi-meditative) makes you see the world clearer. Litterally. In a state like that you are able to perceive a higher resolution of the world. It is like instead of taking one snapshot each second, you take ten. So more experience in each second. You get the feeling of more time.
So thank you all! Any comments are welcome. Please send an e-mail to kyrre@texnaes.com.
Happy hug!
