In Nexans’ world of business everything is changing very quickly and Nexans recognizes that they need the skills to understand change itself. Nexans spent one day exploring the dynamics of change and the principles of how to be an organisation in motion.
Nexans know that change is not something that happens occasionally. Change is a constant. And those who don’t understand the principles of change and movement will soon be left out. Nexans are in!
